甲府市（Koufushi/こうふし）是<a href="./?mention=日本国">日本国</a><a href="./?mention=山梨县">山梨县</a>首府，地处山间小盆地，市区地势一坦，<a href="./?mention=平均海拔">平均海拔</a>261米，面积171.11平方公里，属于<a href="./?mention=温带">温带</a>内陆性气侯，<a href="./?mention=年平均温度">年平均温度</a> 14.7℃，极端<a href="./?mention=最高气温">最高气温</a>40.4℃，极端<a href="./?mention=最低气温">最低气温</a>-19.5℃。年降雨量1135.2毫米。<a href="./?mention=甲府">甲府</a>历史悠久，早在<a href="./?mention=日本">日本</a>绳纹时代中期就有人类在此居住，到了<a href="./?mention=战国时代">战国时代</a>，<a href="./?mention=武田信虎">武田信虎</a>于永正16年（公元1519年）在此筑馆，后来又经<a href="./?mention=武田信玄">武田信玄</a>、<a href="./?mention=武田胜赖">武田胜赖</a>的多年经营，初步形成了城市，当时称<a href="./?mention=甲斐国">甲斐国</a>。
